Paulo Freire was one of the pioneers of popular education in Brazil - a form of education about striving for social change. This is one of his most well-known, and powerful, quotes:

“Washing one's hands of the conflict between the powerful and the powerless means to side with the powerful, not to be neutral.”

This poster has a glossy, smooth finish; it is printed on recycled paper by a U.S. worker cooperative; and it is roughly 11 x 17 inches.

Pairs great with our game, Rise Up: The Game of People & Power.
